Our production - fur preperation, cutting and sewing

In essence, our production consists of finishing and confectioning. For this purpose, we have an excellent machine park, which is located in a modern production building and is aligned according to the production process. With our personal commitment and professional staff we can fulfill all wishes around the lambskin.

In the dressing, the tanned skins are first worked on the leather side by means of cleats and sanding. After the dust removal, a dust binder is applied to the leather side and the processing of the wool side is continued. The wool is carefully combed and then ironed. Each decorating skin is "handcrafted" and "tidied".

In manufacturing, polishing pads are mainly produced for industrial use. Here we work with the utmost care, expertise and modern machines. We also manufacture fully automatic systems for good concentricity and consistent quality. In addition, we also have all the necessary equipment for the production of custom-made products according to your wishes.

We have the necessary beamhouse work done with our partners in Germany. Here we are in constant contact with the skins in an optimal condition. With our partners, we are continually developing these processes and manufacturing skins using state-of-the-art technology
